If you are looking for a low-carb, low-sugar alternative to pizza that still tastes like the delicious pizza you love, this is the recipe! This recipe has been cobbled together from a few TikTok videos and a few food recipe blogs. The big turnoff from the TikTok videos was the use of canned chicken as the crust. Yuck! The recipe below came from the blog Wholesome Yum . Ingredients: 3/4 lb. shredded rotisserie chicken 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic (minced) 1/2 tsp. sea salt 2 eggs Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F Prepare the pizza dough pan (Grangie & I use 9" pie pans) Stir together the shredded chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and sea salt.
