Ingredients:
3-4 chicken breasts
4 or 5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 lb sharp cheddar
2 large onions
jalapenos
2 cans ranch style beans
1 can Enchilada Sauce
pepper
chili powder
tortillas
Directions:
Boil chicken and bouillon cubes
Grate cheese
Chop onions and jalapenos
Blend beans to juice
Shred chicken
Cast iron pan and oil to soften tortillas
Then chicken, onion, cheese, jalapenos and roll and put in a casserole dish
Pour sauce over it, add some cheese on top
Sour cream to taste
Bake 30 minutes in oven at 375 degrees
