Pickled Shrimp



Ingredients:

2 lbs shrimp boiled and cleaned
1 large onion, sliced into rings

Sauce:
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ketchup
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup cooking oil

Directions:

Layer half shrimp, then half onion rings
Repeat

Sauce:
Whisk together sauce and pour over

Refrigerate for 24 hours

Repeat
