Ingredients:
2 lbs bag of frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz pkg sharp cheddar cheese, grated (used twice)
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter (one stick)
1 cup diced onion
salt and pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in buttered casserole dish at 375 degrees for one hour. Add one cup crushed corn flakes or potato chips and brown.
