Ingredients:
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pound mild sausage, browned and drained
4 slices white bread, cubed
Directions:
Add milk, salt, and mustard to beaten eggs. Gently stir in cheese, sausage, and bread. Place in a buttered 9"x13" casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight. Place in a cold oven, set at 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes.
